Payments
Rent must be paid monthly at the rental date via direct deposit to our Baycreek Developers Ltd. account at Bank of The Bahamas. The account number is #1350006092 with branch number 3157. Credit and Debit card payments can be made to safestoragepark.com/pay Late payments incur a fee of $10 per day.

Damages
The Lessee is responsible for all damages to the unit caused by their use or negligence and will reimburse the Lessor for repair costs.
Non-Payment
After 60 days of non-payment, the Lessor has the right to repossess and sell or dispose of the unit’s contents to recover unpaid fees. The Lessee waives all claims related to such actions.
Prohibited Items
Hazardous, perishable, or illegal items are strictly prohibited. The Lessor may inspect units if prohibited items are suspected.

Security & Liability
The facility is secured with manned security and surveillance. However, Safe Storage will not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage. Lessees are advised to insure their belongings.

Termination
The Lessee may vacate anytime within their paid period.Vacating beyond this period incurs a penalty equal to one month’s rent. Units must be returned clean and undamaged.
